Taster Day

What is it?

Have you ever wondered what beekeeping involves and whether you'd enjoy safely open and look through a colony of bees.

Cirencester & District Beekeepers offers a Taster Day which will combine an introduction to Beekeeping with an a visit to an Apiary  to give you a chance to get close up and see for yourself what it’s like to handle bees. This is a great opportunity to see if beekeeping is for you.

Suits and gloves are provided so all you need is a pair of wellies!

When is it?

This will run on 5th September 2026 and will be held at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester

How much does it cost?

£50
